Engineering Technician

Kent County Road Commission is currently accepting applications for Engineering Technician. The Engineering Technician performs fundamental activities in the survey, design and construction of roads. Duties include setting up, operating and maintaining survey equipment; setting line and grade stakes; working with computer aided drafting (CAD); and conducting on-site inspections of construction projects.

An associate’s or advanced degree is desired and two years of relevant job experience is preferred. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential.
