Submission of the completed application form will allow a company to be placed on the list of prospective bidders. Purchasing shall send out the Invitation to Bid or Requests for Proposals or Quotes to the appropriate vendors maintained on the Bidder file.
Bidder Application FormKCRC may request for a new vendor to submit the New Vendor Application Form in order to be added to our system before issuing PO's and/or payment.
Along with the completion of the form, please send an up-to-date W9 to purchasing@kentcountyroads.net to expedite the process.
