KCRC Encourages Community Input to Support Website Redesign

The Kent County Road Commission (KCRC) is seeking community feedback to assist with the redesign of this website, kentcountyroads.net, by inviting stakeholders to participate in a brief online survey that aligns with improving the site’s overall usability.

The survey, which should take approximately five minutes to complete, is available on the homepage of kentcountyroads.net. Questions relate to a user’s previous experiences visiting the website, aspects of the site they feel are most beneficial, and areas that could use improvement.

KCRC wants to ensure that the website redesign is, in fact, addressing users’ requirements and expectations. The best way to do that is to invite stakeholder participation. KCRC's goal is to integrates update that optimize functionality, workflow, and user experience.

The website serves as KCRC’s central digital hub for exchanging information with motorists, residents, local communities, public officials, contractors, and utility companies. KCRC is completing the project in collaboration with Revize, a leader in website design for government agencies.

The online survey will be active through Monday, May 8.
